Job Duties
- clean resort units including bedrooms kitchens bathrooms and living rooms
- maintain adherence to housekeeping detail standards
- clean vacuum dust and sanitize bathrooms kitchens and lobbies
- make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort count fold mark and carry linens
- respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
- handle guest issues to resolution to improve guest experience
