Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be physically able to perform cleaning duties including lifting 50 pounds
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
- maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- respond to guest inquiries and concerns, and handle guest issues to resolution
