Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- cleaning resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
- maintaining and adhering to housekeeping detail standards
- cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- making beds
- replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sorting, counting, folding, marking or carrying linens
- maintaining positive customer and associate relationships
- responding to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
