  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • Maintain housekeeping detail standards
  • Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
  • Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
  • Maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns, handling guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience
