Job Duties
- Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
- Maintain housekeeping detail standards
- Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- Maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns, handling guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience
