Job Duties

  • clean resort units including sleeping quarters kitchens bathrooms and living rooms
  • maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • clean vacuum dust and sanitize bathrooms kitchens and lobbies
  • make beds
  • replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • sort count fold mark or carry linens
  • maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • handle guest issues to resolution to improve guest experience
