Job Requirements
- High school or GED or equivalent
- Must have a registered and insured car
- Must have one year of management experience
- Must be in good physical condition able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for more than 60 minutes, and bend at the waist and knees
- Bilingual is a plus English and Spanish
- Must be eligible to work in the United States EOE
- Must be available to work from 7:30am to 5:00pm
- Must be honest and dependable
- Must have a solid work ethic
- Must be a team player
- Must have a neat and clean appearance
- Must be able to work near pets including large dogs and cats
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of relevant management experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
- Physical fitness to perform required job tasks

Job Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage daily schedules to ensure timely completion of cleaning assignments
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Adhere to company standards and safety protocols during all cleaning activities
- Work cooperatively with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Report any maintenance issues or client concerns to management promptly
- Assist with training new employees and sharing best practices in cleaning techniques
