Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or to assist other properties
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager
- Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to residents, team members, guests, and others
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re-ordering is necessary
