Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work onsite
- Ability to lift 20-25 pounds regularly
- Ability to walk, climb, and bend during work
- Willingness to follow established cleaning schedules
- Commitment to professional and courteous interaction
- No prior maintenance experience required but helpful
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform lifting, walking, climbing, and bending
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks
- Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents and staff
Job Duties
- Report directly to the Service Manager
- Ensure cleanliness of building entrances
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and property amenities
- Perform daily cleaning of leasing office and fitness center
- Follow weekly cleaning schedule for breezeways, entry hallways, laundry rooms, and light globes
- Provide touch-up cleaning on apartment turnovers
- Assist in preparation of vacant apartments
