Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Work legally in the country of employment

Job Duties
- Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- Maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns
- Handle guest issues to resolution to improve guest experience
