Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality or resort environment preferred
- strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, owners, and team members
- ability to work independently following instructions
- physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and perform cleaning duties
- professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
- maintain resort quality and housekeeping detail standards
- dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction
