Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- readiness to take call during off hours
Job Qualifications

- valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property

- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Job Duties
- cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the models, amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day
- assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by service manager, community manager and/or assistant manager
- informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations
- maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and informs supervisor when re-order is needed
