Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Physical ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty-five pounds independently and fifty pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Flexible work schedule including availability for call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training sessions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license for operating golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver weights as specified
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process performing additional duties as requested by Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager
- Inform the appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when re-order is necessary
