Job Duties
- Provide prompt and professional customer service with every interaction
- clean offices, clubhouses, common areas, public access areas, and model homes
- clean vacant apartment homes after make-ready process
- perform inspections of tour path, grounds, and common areas reporting maintenance issues
- assist with maintenance tasks as needed
- support community events when required
