Job Requirements
- Must be able to read and comprehend client, company and safety communications
- able to stand or walk for periods of up to 4 hours
- required to bend and stoop frequently
- able to lift boxes, trash bags, and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
- ability to push and pull carts, trash barrels and cleaning equipment
- use of step ladder as needed
- flexibility to work scheduled hours as well as evenings and weekends
- ability to adapt to varying environmental conditions

Job Duties
- Dust per the facility task schedule
- clean all telephones
- clean all drinking fountains
- spot clean desk tops
- spot clean reception/lobby glass including front door and any other partition or door glass
- clean interior glass in partitions and doors
- remove cobwebs
- clean and polish all fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals and sinks
- clean all glass and mirrors in restrooms
- empty trash containers, replace liners and spot clean as needed
- empty and spot clean sanitary containers
- spot clean walls, doors, and partitions
- refill all dispensers to normal limits
- take trash to designated area
- empty and clean smoking urns
- spot clean spills and stains on carpeted floors
- vacuum flooring
- mop hard surface flooring
- conduct all work in accordance with the company safety rules
- participate in special cleaning projects as directed by management
