Job Requirements

Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours continuously
ability to bend and stoop frequently
ability to lift boxes, trash bags, equipment, etc., up to 75 pounds
ability to push and pull carts, trash barrels, vacuum cleaners and mop with a 32 oz. wet mop
willingness to use a step ladder when required
adherence to proper time and attendance practices
wearing of required uniform and proper identification
physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
ability to adapt to harsh environments such as outdoor travel between buildings

Must be able to read and comprehend client, company and safety communications

Job Duties

Dust per the facility's task schedule
clean all telephones
clean all drinking fountains
spot clean desk tops
spot clean reception or lobby glass including front door and other partition or door glass
clean interior glass in partitions and doors
remove cobwebs
clean and polish all fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals and sinks
clean all glass and mirrors in restrooms
empty trash containers, replace liners and spot clean as needed
empty and spot clean sanitary containers
spot clean walls, doors, and partitions
refill all dispensers to normal limits
take trash to designated area
empty and clean smoking urns
spot clean spills and stains on carpeted floors
vacuum flooring
mop hard surface flooring
conduct all work in accordance with the company safety rules
participate in special cleaning projects as directed by management
