Job Requirements
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work part time Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Ability to understand and follow cleaning procedures and schedules
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Clean assigned apartments and common areas as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Maintain apartment and community cleaning schedule
- Follow apartment cleaning specifications set forth in the policies and procedures manual
- Report any maintenance or safety issues noticed during cleaning
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members to support community needs
