Job Requirements

  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work part time Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Ability to understand and follow cleaning procedures and schedules
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Reliable transportation to work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

  • Clean assigned apartments and common areas as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Maintain apartment and community cleaning schedule
  • Follow apartment cleaning specifications set forth in the policies and procedures manual
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues noticed during cleaning
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
  • Communicate effectively with residents and team members to support community needs
