Job Requirements
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to follow written and oral instructions
- Physical stamina to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Capacity to perform pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, twisting, turning, reaching, and manual dexterity as required by cleaning tasks
- Ability to verbally communicate with coworkers and patients
- Hearing and vision within normal range, with or without correction
- Willingness to work under supervision
- Ability to perform tasks despite frequent interruptions
- Adherence to safety policies and procedures
- Immediate reporting of unsafe conditions or hazards

Job Duties
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting rooms in the hospital
- Participating in project work such as wall washing, window washing, light fixture cleaning, upholstery cleaning, changing curtains, vent cleaning, restroom scrubbing, floor stripping, and carpet extracting
- Performing routine and repetitive cleaning tasks consistently
- Following safety policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Reporting unsafe conditions or hazards immediately to management
- Managing supplies and equipment to complete assigned cleaning tasks
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and coworkers
