Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Residency within the state of Texas as required by community policies
- Successful completion of state-required screening process
- Ability to adhere to cleanliness and safety standards
- Availability to work flexible schedules as needed

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain consistent scheduling and dependability

Job Duties
- Clean assigned resident rooms and common areas guided by a daily task sheet
- Develop meaningful relationships and contribute to the happiness and comfort of elderly residents
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a comfortable and unhurried pace
- Maintain cleanliness standards consistently throughout the community
- Utilize proper cleaning techniques and materials to ensure sanitation and safety
- Report maintenance issues or supply needs to management promptly
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to housekeeping tasks
