Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- capability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind and sleet
- ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- occasional travel for training or assisting other properties
- capability to maintain safety awareness and report hazards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in cleaning, maintenance or similar roles preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- physical ability to lift and move weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
- ability to work in varying weather conditions
- valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
Job Duties
- clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- freshen all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager
- inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situations
- maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when re-order is necessary
- operate a golf cart on property with a valid driver’s license
- work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
