Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or bend regularly
- must regularly lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to use all cleaning equipment

- occasionally must lift 25 pounds or more with assistance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- 1 or more years of experience
- ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence and present information one-on-one or in small groups
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s and 100s
- ability to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions with common sense understanding
- ability to deal with problems that involve few variables in standardized situations
- beginner computer skills
Job Duties
- Accepts daily and weekly assignments from supervisor
- cleans property offices, bathrooms, kitchen, windows and all common areas
- performs trash-outs of recently vacated units
- performs final cleaning of turned units to KPG white glove standard
- operates all modern cleaning equipment
- organizes, manages and maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and reports to supervisor when additional supplies are needed
- uses cleaning supplies for intended use
- applies common sense and experience to map out the most efficient use of time and resources
- meets deadlines so other vendors can perform assigned turn work
- prioritizes resident experience by performing high quality work
- cleans upholstered furniture
- collects and removes trash and debris
- performs deep cleaning as needed
- reports any apartment issues found while performing cleaning duties
- other duties as assigned
