Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting
- basic knowledge of cleaning techniques is helpful but not mandatory
- must be able to work Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 5pm
- willingness to undergo training
- adherence to all safety and health regulations
- ability to maintain confidentiality according to EEO guidelines
Job Qualifications
- willingness to learn housekeeping procedures
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- basic physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- good attention to detail
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- perform daily and/or weekly cleaning as directed by supervisor including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and cleaning kitchenettes
- demonstrate safe and proper technique for chemical/cleaning solution use
- stock housekeeping carts properly
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards consistent with community guidelines
- report any maintenance or safety issues noticed during cleaning
- adhere to all safety protocols involving chemicals and equipment
- assist other team members as needed to ensure a clean environment
