Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting
  • basic knowledge of cleaning techniques is helpful but not mandatory
  • must be able to work Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 5pm
  • willingness to undergo training
  • adherence to all safety and health regulations
  • ability to maintain confidentiality according to EEO guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • willingness to learn housekeeping procedures
  • ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
  • basic physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
  • good attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • reliable and punctual
  • prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • perform daily and/or weekly cleaning as directed by supervisor including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and cleaning kitchenettes
  • demonstrate safe and proper technique for chemical/cleaning solution use
  • stock housekeeping carts properly
  • maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards consistent with community guidelines
  • report any maintenance or safety issues noticed during cleaning
  • adhere to all safety protocols involving chemicals and equipment
  • assist other team members as needed to ensure a clean environment
