Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently
- ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, sit, climb and balance regularly
- ability to use hands and arms dexterously
- good vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- ability to understand and follow instructions
- reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Cleans and maintains apartment units
- cleans and maintains apartment unit models
- cleans and maintains vacancies
- cleans and maintains all other public access restrooms and common areas
- assist with monitoring inventory of supplies
- report time and attendance
- understand and adhere to the Landmark Properties policies and procedures
- understand the needs and expectations of residents and exceed their expectations
- develop a sense of community among the residents and staff
- maintain an positive community environment for both residents and associates and encourage participation in events and activities
- assist with the property's turn
