Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- availability to work schedule 9am to 5pm, including one weekend per month
- willingness to undergo training
- ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- adherence to all safety and EEO guidelines

Job Duties
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop and polish common area floors
- heavy carpet machine operation
- empty trash
- clean common area windows inside and out
- clean and sanitize common area bathrooms
- refill paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers
- pick up trash outside of building
- maintain grounds
- clean residential apartments on a weekly basis
