- available to work one weekend every month
- able to work a schedule from 9 am to 5 pm
- physically capable of performing cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop and polish common area floors
- heavy carpet machine operation
- empty trash
- clean common area windows inside and out
- clean and sanitize common area bathrooms, refills paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers
- pick up trash outside of building
- maintain grounds
- clean residential apartments on a weekly basis
