- Lift 50 pounds
- availability to work from 9am to 5pm
- availability to work one weekend every month
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- willingness to adhere to workplace policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Vacuum carpets
- sweep, mop and polish common area floors
- operate heavy carpet machines
- empty trash
- clean common area windows inside and out
- clean and sanitize common area bathrooms
- refill paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers
- pick up trash outside of building
- maintain grounds
- clean residential apartments on a weekly basis
