Job Requirements

  • Ability to walk for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs when necessary
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, carry objects, climb ladders, and crawl in confined areas
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, or maneuver 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
  • Ability to read, understand, and comply with product labels and safety, policy, and procedure manuals
  • Must be honest and reliable
  • Valid driver’s license may be required
  • At least one year of commercial cleaning experience preferred

  • Specialized training in multi-family property management preferred
  • Valid driver’s license may be required
  • Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, property managers, supervisors, vendors, and service providers
  • Must be honest in time reporting and reliable in attendance
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and follow standardized procedures
  • Knowledge and skill in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools

Job Duties

  • Clean the leasing office, common areas including restrooms, model rooms, vacant apartments, and other amenities daily or as directed by the supervisor
  • Maintain tidiness and order of vacant apartments and model rooms throughout the day to ensure they are visually appealing to potential residents
  • Prepare vacant units in a timely manner and update supervisor as work is completed
  • Notify supervisor immediately of any major repairs or issues observed
  • Inventory cleaning supplies and inform the appropriate supervisor when reordering is necessary
  • Assist with resident inquiries as needed
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
