Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to perform required duties
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexibility to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager
- Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and inform the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary
