Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, reach, carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including being on-call
- Ability to communicate hazards and safety concerns effectively
- Ability to assist other properties occasionally as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by supervisors
- Report any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re-ordering is necessary
- Operate golf carts on property as needed
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
