Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Employment history with use of cleaning chemicals, hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment
- Ability to perform physical job functions
- Ability to meet attendance and punctuality expectations
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to comply with safety and risk management policies
Job Qualifications
- Employment history demonstrating knowledge and skills in safe use of cleaning chemicals and tools
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Rudimentary knowledge of company software
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Cleans all common areas of the community including office space, amenities, and restrooms
- Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter and debris
- Removes trash and items from vacant apartments, maintains storage areas
- Completes make-ready cleaning for vacant apartments
- Completes assigned requests from supervisors and assists with the turn process
- Distributes notices and communications to residents
- Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Demonstrates customer service skills with residents
- Complies with safety and risk management policies
- Meets attendance and punctuality expectations
