- Provide prompt and professional customer service with every interaction
- Clean the office, clubhouse, common areas, public access areas, and model homes
- Clean vacant apartment homes after make-ready process
- Perform inspections of the tour path, grounds, and common areas
- Notify service team of any maintenance issues or concerns
- Assist with other maintenance issues or community events as needed
