Job Duties
- uphold Kairoi standards of excellence by providing prompt and professional customer service with every interaction
- clean the office, clubhouse, common areas, public access areas, and model homes daily
- clean vacant apartment homes after the make-ready process is completed
- perform inspections of the tour path, grounds, and common areas and notify the service team of any maintenance issues or concerns
- assist with other maintenance issues or community events as needed
