Job Duties
- Provide prompt and professional customer service with every interaction
- Clean the office, clubhouse, common areas, public access areas, and model homes
- Clean vacant apartment homes following the make-ready process
- Inspect tour paths, grounds, and common areas and report maintenance issues
- Assist with maintenance issues or community events as needed
