Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk throughout most of the workday
- Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, twist, and reach
- Sufficient manual dexterity
- Capable of performing light to heavy physical activity
- Prior experience in housekeeping or similar roles preferred

- Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and reaching
- Sufficient manual dexterity to work with fingers and handle items
- Ability to perform light to heavy physical activity involving non-strenuous and strenuous daily tasks
Job Duties
- Engaging and getting to know the residents by building relationships and understanding their needs
- Courteous and professional interactions with residents, families, employees, potential residents/families and outside the community
- Weekly cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, and offices according to schedule
- Deep cleaning of resident apartments and common areas according to schedule
- Maintaining housekeeping carts and closets in a neat and organized fashion
- Promptly reporting any concerns regarding safe and proper functioning of equipment to supervisor
