Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Background clearances as required by government regulations
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Must be able to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments including furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/cooling units, bathrooms, windows, blinds, sweeping, dusting, damp mopping, disinfecting, waste disposal
- Report any health, safety, or sanitation concerns and apartment repairs to supervisor
- Follow cleaning schedules closely
- Monitor and remove trash and waste from community areas
- Keep work areas safe by removing hazards and storing equipment properly
- Follow procedures for mixing, storing, and using cleaning chemicals and disinfectants
- Lock and control housekeeping supplies and carts to prevent unauthorized access
- Comply with community standards and regulations for safe operations
- Assist in moving residents during emergencies if needed
- Maintain a positive and professional image including proper uniform and name tag
- Represent Clearwater Living principles and values daily
- Perform other assigned duties as required
