Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Background clearances as required by government regulations
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and solutions safely
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Availability to work scheduled shifts Tuesday through Saturday
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe environment

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments including furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/cooling units, bathrooms, windows, and blinds
- Report any health, safety, or sanitation concerns to supervisor
- Follow work and cleaning schedules as closely as practical
- Monitor and remove all trash and waste throughout shift
- Keep work areas free of hazardous objects and properly store equipment
- Follow procedures for mixing, storing, and using chemicals and cleaning solutions
- Lock and control all housekeeping supplies and carts to keep hazardous materials away from residents
- Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations
- Assist in moving residents during emergency situations if needed
- Display a positive and professional image through appearance and behavior
- Represent Clearwater Living principles and core values daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
