Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Residency within the State of Texas
- Successful completion of state-required screening process
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Availability to work consistent day shifts without late nights
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and passion for cleanliness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to training programs
- Compassionate attitude toward elderly residents
Job Duties
- Clean assigned resident rooms and common areas guided by a task sheet
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room area
- Develop relationships with elderly residents to enhance their comfort and happiness
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Deliver excellent customer service at a comfortable pace
- Participate in team training and development activities
- Adhere to community safety and cleanliness regulations
