Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to undergo state-required screening process
- Residency within the state of Texas
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Availability to work consistent schedules without late nights
- Basic English language proficiency

Job Duties
- Clean assigned resident rooms and common areas guided by daily task sheet
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining room area ensuring pleasant mealtime ambiance
- Develop meaningful relationships with elderly residents contributing to their happiness and comfort
- Deliver exceptional customer service maintaining a comfortable and unhurried pace
- Maintain order and hygiene standards throughout the community
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly
- Report maintenance issues and supply needs promptly
