Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in housekeeping and supervisory roles
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 45 pounds independently and heavier objects with assistance
- capability to climb ladders and operate industrial cleaning equipment
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for prolonged periods
- knowledge of safety practices and regulations
- ability to provide world-class customer service
- compliance with selective service registration if applicable
- ability to pass background checks and suitability investigations
- willingness to work indoors under normal conditions with exposure to vibration, strong odors, and cleaning chemicals

- ability to upload required documents including education certificates and prior military service if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of proper care and maintenance of carpets and furniture
- ability to handle and control heavy powered equipment
- knowledge of proper uses of a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions

- ability to read and understand directions on labels and printed instructions

Job Duties
- Supervise housekeeper leaders and housekeepers in performance of work
- assign and distribute work, coach, counsel, tutor, and mentor employees
- approve and disapprove leave
- recommend and complete personnel actions
- complete performance reviews and sign timecards
- train employees
- keep abreast of and actively support the principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment
- perform housekeeping duties as required including making beds, changing linens, dusting, waxing and polishing furniture, sweeping floors, vacuuming and shampooing rugs, emptying ashtrays and wastebaskets, sanitizing lavatories, washing walls and windows, dusting drapes and blinds, turning mattresses, and servicing each room daily with needed supplies
- report missing or broken articles
- operate heavy powered floor scrubbers and buffers
- provide world-class customer service with an emphasis on courtesy
- assist customers and solve problems quickly
- adhere to safety regulations and standards
- promptly report workplace hazards, injuries, and property damage
- develop and ensure implementation of activity safety program
