Job Requirements
- AA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- two years work experience in healthcare, hotel or other equivalent housekeeping experience
- at least two years supervisory or lead experience
- ability to drive to multiple locations during shifts
- availability to work day shift starting at 7:00 a.m. and every other weekend
- ability to manage multiple locations
- strong communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum two years supervisory or lead experience in healthcare, hotel, or equivalent housekeeping environment
- experience working as an inpatient unit housekeeper in a healthcare setting preferred
- knowledge of regulatory agency standards such as JCAHO and Department of Health preferred
- Registered Executive Housekeeper (REH) or Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH) credentials preferred
- bilingual skills preferred
- experience managing culturally diverse groups preferred
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Health Management, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee and supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations
- schedule staff and assign job responsibilities
- manage staff performance and provide feedback
- conduct training and development sessions
- act as primary contact for Environmental Services needs across the organization
- ensure compliance with housekeeping standards and procedures
- coordinate housekeeping services across multiple locations
