Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- some janitorial experience required
- successful drug screening and background check
- comply with social distancing and safety guidelines

- must be bilingual Spanish and English

Job Duties
- Supervise janitorial team and oversee daily cleaning operations
- dust, mop, and vacuum resident rooms and common areas
- manage trash removal and restroom cleaning/disinfecting
- ensure compliance with safety and OSHA guidelines
- train team members on cleaning procedures
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- communicate effectively with the Account Manager
