Job Duties
- Provide prompt and professional customer service with every interaction
- Clean the office, clubhouse, common areas, public access areas, and model homes daily
- Clean vacant apartment homes after the make-ready process
- Inspect tour path, grounds, and common areas for maintenance issues and notify service team accordingly
- Assist with other maintenance issues or community events as needed
