Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior commercial housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to adhere to company dress code and personal hygiene standards
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team and independently
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and bend for long periods
- Compliance with OSHA rules and organizational policies
- Ability to attend all assigned meetings and trainings
- Willingness to use Microsoft Authenticator app on personal device for work access
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Ability to work flexibly and manage time and resources professionally
- Understanding of mental health disorders and special needs clients

- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members
- Familiarity with organizational policies and procedures related to the environment of care
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain client and staff areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Use mops, vacuum cleaners, and commercial cleaning chemicals effectively
- Follow OSHA guidelines and comply with safety regulations
- Attend all scheduled meetings and training sessions related to housekeeping services
- Maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials
- Communicate professionally with employees, clients, and vendors
- Demonstrate respect, flexibility, and positive attitude in response to change
