Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work full-time shifts scheduled either sunday through thursday 6am - 2pm or monday through friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
- willingness to undergo training
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical cleaning tasks
- compliance with company safety standards
- eligibility to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- willingness to learn and ability to be trained
- basic understanding of cleaning techniques is a plus but not required
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- strong work ethic and reliability
- good communication skills
- commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment
Job Duties
- perform daily and/or weekly cleaning as directed by supervisor including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash and cleaning kitchenettes
- demonstrate safe and proper technique for chemical/cleaning solution use and stocking of housekeeping carts
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the community
- adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- collaborate with team members to ensure effective cleaning operations
