Job Requirements
- Minimum education high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to undergo training on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work the assigned shifts (Sunday through Thursday 6am - 2pm or Monday through Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm)
- Commitment to following company policies and equal opportunity standards
Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to undergo training
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience a plus but not required
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job such as standing, walking, and lifting
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for senior residents
Job Duties
- Perform daily and/or weekly cleaning as directed by supervisor, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and cleaning kitchenettes
- Demonstrate safe and proper technique for chemical/cleaning solution use and stocking of housekeeping carts
- Maintain cleanliness standards that contribute to a safe and healthy living environment for senior residents
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning duties
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and sanitation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive cleaning coverage and community upkeep
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best cleaning practices and safety protocols
