- Customer service experience in the hospitality industry strongly preferred

- ability to work varied schedules including weekdays and weekends
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards
- report and turn in all lost and found items
- enter guest rooms following procedures for vacancy and access
- replace dirty linens and towels with clean items
- make beds and fold towels
- clean bathrooms
- replace guest amenities and supplies
- remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
- check that all appliances are present and functional
- straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
- vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- organize and stock cleaning cart and linen closets
- perform other duties as requested such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests
- report and communicate maintenance needs
- assist other housekeeping associates in maintaining cleanliness of work and public areas
- anticipate customer needs and adapt quickly
- maintain customer service and excellent relations with guests, visitors, vendors, and internal organizations
- comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- meet standards for room completion with quality results
