Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
- Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention and contribution
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Job Duties
- Assist residents with weekly housekeeping and laundry services, including washing bed linens and making the bed
- cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
- tidying up as appropriate
- providing other housekeeping services as requested
- Occasionally assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer
- Clean common areas of the community per schedule
- Keep a diligent eye on the physical spaces inside and outside the building, cleaning and tidying up as you go
- report maintenance and safety issues to the Maintenance Director
- Store all cleaning chemicals and equipment in a secure location when not in use
- Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director
