Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to use housekeeping equipment safely
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols
- Positive attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to complete required training and safety certifications
Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, and folding linens and personal clothing
- Restock housekeeping supplies and organize storage areas
- Maintain a clean and safe environment to reduce health risks
- Follow resident schedules and preferences when performing services
- Collaborate with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs
