Job Duties
- cleaning resort units including sleeping quarters kitchens bathrooms and living rooms
- maintaining and adhering to housekeeping detail standards
- vacuuming dusting and sanitizing bathrooms kitchens and lobbies
- making beds and replenishing supplies like kitchenware and toiletries
- sorting counting folding marking or carrying linens
- maintaining positive customer and associate relationships
- responding to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
