Job Duties
- cleaning resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
- maintaining and adhering to housekeeping detail standards
- vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- making beds
- replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sorting, counting, folding, marking, or carrying linens
- responding appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
- handling guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience
