Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and organization

- good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move items as needed
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in customer-facing roles
- ability to follow directions and maintain confidentiality in sensitive settings
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize upstairs clubhouse men and women’s bathrooms
- clean and sanitize fitness center including wiping down all equipment and cleaning bathrooms
- clean and sanitize men’s and women’s locker rooms
- clean and sanitize outside clubhouse including picking up trash, wiping rails, and removing cobwebs
- clean all bathrooms including cart barn, fitness bathroom, employee bathrooms, upstairs clubhouse bathrooms, men’s and women’s locker room bathrooms
- help clean the club cabins
- dust and wipe furniture, shelves, and surfaces
- vacuum, mop, and clean floors including tile, carpet, and hardwood
- clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- change bed linens and make beds
- empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas
- clean and organize closets and storage spaces
- wash, dry, and fold laundry including uniforms, towels, and linens
- ensure proper storage of laundry items
- handle special laundry needs such as delicate items and specialty fabrics
- keep storage rooms and common areas tidy and clutter-free
- ensure cleaning supplies and toiletries are well stocked and notify supervisor when replenishments are needed
- perform deep cleaning of carpets, drapes, and upholstery
- clean or disinfect high-touch surfaces like doorknobs and light switches
- assist with seasonal cleaning tasks including deep cleaning and post-event cleaning
- provide basic guest services including greeting guests and members, offering assistance, and responding to guest or member requests
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and paper products
- perform any other duties assigned by the employer or supervisor
